Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping

For domestic orders we use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service. We dispatch all orders received before 16:00 on the day the order is received.

Next day delivery is not guaranteed and in-line with Royal Mail Terms and Conditions we need to wait for 21 days to declare an item missing and make a refund.

International orders will be dispatched with an appropriate international courier.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of the items that we sell we need to dispose of any items returned to us. Please make sure that the items you buy are as required before making your order. The exception is lost or damaged items as below.

For genuine customer mistakes we will allow returns but the customer will be blacklisted and unable to purchase from us again in the future.

Please reply to your Order Confirmation email for more information on how to process a return.

Refunds

A refund or replacement will be made if items arrive damaged or are lost in post.

Money Back Guarantee

We are extremely confident in the quality and efficacy of our products. If you have any issues which you believe relate to quality we will refund in full less postage. We may request a return to investigate and we will cover postage for this.

The money back guarantee is only offered once per customer and only covers a single item however other item items can be returned if unused.
